Ingredients
1 1/2 cups [384g] Natural Tahini (Sesame Butter)
6 Tablespoons Butter
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Erythritol, powdered
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
How To Make
Melt ingredients: Place a saucepan on the stove over low heat. Add the tahini, butter, vanilla extract, and erythritol.
Combine mixture: Stir the ingredients together until fully combined.
Add coconut flour: Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the coconut flour.
Pour into a pan: Transfer the batter into a square pan, smooth the top, and let it cool.
Freeze: Cover the pan and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
