1 Egg
150g Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt
50g Flaxseed Flour
125g Butter, hard and cubed
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
50g Erythritol, powdered
500g Berries, frozen
How To Make
Step #1: Preheat the oven to 170°C [345°F].
Step #2: Combine all of the crust ingredients [except the berries] in a large mixing bowl.
Step #3: Knead with your hands until a ball of dough forms and doesn't stick to the sides of the dish.
Step #4: Place baking paper on the bottom of your 25-cm baking form.
Step #5: Take 3/4 of the dough and press it in to cover the bottom and sides of the baking form. Take a fork and gently prick the dough.
Step #6: Take frozen berries and spread them evenly.
Step #7: Use the remaining 1/4 of the dough and sprinkle the crumbs on top of the fruit.
Step #8: Bake for 40 minutes.
