Description

  • whole grains and lean meats. Make your food light and easily digestible. Choose steaming or boiling as your primary options for cooking.

  • eating when you are hungry and making the meals small.

  • Vitamin C is essential to our immune system; make sure to consume produce rich in this vitamin, such as bell peppers, citrus fruits, tomatoes, strawberries, cruciferous vegetables, etc.

  • Vitamins K and B-complex [especially B12 and B7] are also crucial in preventing bacterial overgrowth, and they can be found in foods such as leafy greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, soybeans, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and dairy products.

  • Make use of natural antibiotics such as garlic, ginger, thyme, or oregano.

  • being too active. Avoid doing things that strain your body, such as work-related tasks, house chores, exercising, etc.
