LEMON
Description
Lemon essential oil, derived from the Citrus limon tree, is a bright, invigorating oil with a wide range of applications. The lemon tree, native to sub-tropical regions of Asia, grows to a height of 10 to 20 feet [3–6 m] and features sharp thorns on its twigs, dark green leaves, and produces oval-shaped, light-yellow fruit. The essential oil is extracted through cold pressing of the fruit's rind. Known for its use in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for over 1,000 years, Lemon Essential Oil is celebrated for its refreshing and uplifting aroma. It offers potential benefits for digestive health, supports detoxification, and enhances mood. Its versatility extends to natural cleaning solutions, skincare products, and culinary uses, making it a valuable addition to any natural remedy or wellness routine.
