About the Instructor

Michael Hetherington is a healer, mind-body medicine therapist, acupuncturist, and Taekwondo yogi, with a BHlthSci from Charles Sturt University. Based in Brisbane, Australia, he also holds an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture from the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and a yoga teacher certificate from the Byron Yoga Centre. Since 2008, he has been dedicated to teaching yoga, blending his extensive knowledge to promote holistic wellness.
