He serves as Assistant Attending Physiatrist at the Hospital for Special Surgery and Assistant Professor at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. His 2004 book, "Back Rx: A 15-Minute-a-Day Yoga- and Pilates-Based Program to End Low Back Pain," combines yoga and Pilates exercises to help alleviate and prevent back pain effectively.
